First rehearsal picture is out! We asked master baker Juha Mäkelä from Finland to do nearly the impossible: metamorphosise the humble oat (Avena sativa) into a finedine meal experience for our avantgarde loving concert audience in front of their eyes, live, on stage, in less than 15 minutes as a part of an artwork. But fear not as he comes equipped with the traditions and techniques dating back centuries if not millenia. Will the genuine magic of water, earth, fire and air still amaze the 21st. century urbanites? Experimental Winter presents - probably the first time ever - live baking on stage as part of a contemporary music concert, right in the heart of Taipei metropolitan city.
